With just two coats and no stripping required, it delivers long-lasting protection and a lustrous, smooth finish.</p> <p>Floor Preparation</p> <ul> <li> <p>Strip existing finishes, including new/factory-installed coatings, to ensure proper adhesion.</p> </li> <li> <p>Dust mop to remove grit and particles. Clean stains thoroughly.</p> </li> <li> <p>Rinse floor after stripping to prevent adhesion issues and discoloration.</p> </li> </ul> <p>Application Procedure</p> <ol> <li> <p>Burnish the entire floor using a Sidewinder 1500 or 3000 Grit Floor Pad for better gloss.</p> </li> <li> <p>Apply a thin, even coat of Armor Guard Protector with a clean microfiber mop or floor mop, covering 2,500-3,000 sq. ft. per gallon.</p> </li> <li> <p>Allow 20-30 minutes for drying (longer for porous surfaces).</p> </li> <li> <p>Wait 15 minutes after drying before applying a second coat.</p> </li> <li> <p>After 24 hours, burnish the floor for at least 5 passes with a Stone-Glo Sidewinder Floor Pad. Burnish 1-2 times per week for long-term durability and gloss.</p> </li> </ol> <p>Ongoing Maintenance</p> <ul> <li> <p>Dust mop regularly.</p> </li> <li> <p>Damp mop or use an auto scrubber with neutral pH floor cleaner for mopping as needed.</p> </li> <li> <p>Burnish floors periodically to maintain gloss. Reapply Armor Guard Protector if gloss fades in traffic areas. You may also use mop soap when mopping for effective cleaning.</p> </li> </ul>
