Non-Eligible Situations

For health, safety, and product integrity reasons, the following situations are generally not eligible for refund or replacement:

  • issues reported after 24 hours of delivery
  • products damaged due to improper storage after delivery
  • normal packaging wear that does not affect product quality
  • items marked as final sale or non-returnable

Customer Responsibility

Customers are encouraged to inspect deliveries promptly upon arrival.

FreshKart USA is not responsible for damage or quality issues resulting from:

  • improper storage after delivery
  • weather exposure after successful delivery
  • customer mishandling
  • incorrect shipping information provided during checkout

Shipping & Carrier Damage

While we work with trusted shipping carriers, occasional transit-related damage may occur.

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please document the condition with photos before opening whenever possible.

This helps us work more effectively with shipping providers during claim reviews.
