The product is raw, no seasoning and it requires preparation for Tea Leaf Dressing. This is perfect for those who want to create own recipe of Tea Leaf Dressing. Create your own flavor: hot, sour, sweet, etc. for the party. PREPARATION TIPS: The fermented tea leaf has bitter flavor as natural. The level of the bitterness can be reduced by the number of times washing the tea leaf with hot/warm water. Myanmar traditional recipe of the pickled tea leaf has some level of bitterness. THIS IS RAW (NO SEASONING) FERMENTED TEA LEAF AND NEED PREPARATION. NOT READY TO EAT AS TEA LEAF SALAD DRESSING. PREPARATION: Place tea leaves in heat-proof cup or pot. Pour warm water over it and let it sleep for 5 minutes. Drain off liquid and squeeze any excess liquid from tea. Taste tea leaves. If it is too bitter to your taste, repeat the previous step until desired bitter level is achieved. Transfer tea leaves to a food processor and add chili flake, garlic, salt, lime or lemon juice and oil. Mix well and it is ready for tea leaf salad dressing.
