Our Nature Blessed Elderberry Fruit Juice Concentrate is not an extract, but a pure juice concentrate, made from 100% pure fruit juice. Only the water is evaporated, leaving behind pure juice. It is all natural, no added sugar, no preservative or other additives. The concentrate is 65 brix, and the average single strength is 11.0 brix. The approximate dilution rate is 1:6.46, yielding roughly 1.75+ gallons of single strength juice per quart. Elderberry is an excellent ingredient for beer, wine, mead, spirits, hard cider, jelly, flavoring meat or other products, or to make an all natural drink (or add flavor to a current drink).

• STORAGE: It is best to be refrigerated upon receipt. If stored longer than 2 weeks we suggest to store in freezer. When ready to use, thaw slightly (overnight), use what you need and return remaining concentrate to a freezer until ready to use again. Freezer self-life up to 24 months, opened or un-opened.
