Our 68 brix Muscat grape concentrate is a product of the USA, grown, processed, and packaged ready for you. It is not an extract, but pure juice concentrate, made from 100% pure Muscat grape juice. The color of the concentrate is a golden yellow. It is all natural, no added sugar. This product contains less than 100 ppm of SO2. The average single strength is 22.0 brix. The approximate dilution rate is 1:3, yielding roughly 1.0+ gallons of single strength juice per quart. This concentrate is available in quarts, 1.5 gal, 3 gallon, and 4 gallon packages. This is the perfect ingredient for making wine and flavorful grape drinks. So sorry, this product is not Kosher.

• STORAGE: It is best to be refrigerated upon receipt. If stored longer than 2 weeks we suggest to store in freezer. When ready to use, thaw slightly (overnight), use what you need and return remaining concentrate to a freezer until ready to use again. Freezer self-life up to 24 months, opened or un-opened.
