• STEEPING INSTRUCTIONS: One teaspoon of Muicle Herb for 8oz of water. Bring water to a slow rolling boil. Pour freshly boiled water into your desired tea cup, and then add in your mesh tea bag ,stainless steel tea infuser, or teapot. If you are using a tea brewer or french press you will pour the water over the tea leaves. .Bring your water to 205°f and then pour water into the desired tea steeping method. Steeping time for Muicle is approximately five minutes.
