Kuding tea, also known as "bitter tea", is a unique Chinese tea. It does not belong to any category of green tea, black tea, oolong tea, or white tea, as this type of tea is made from the leaves of camellia. Kuding tea is a loose, whole leaf tea in a rolling shape. For a person, a single bitter clove tea is enough to brew a cup.
• Taste: "Bitter" in Chinese means bitter, so this tea is very bitter, but if the bitterness fades, it will be very sweet. At first it tasted bitter, but there was a lingering sweetness.
• Kuding tea is made from the leaves of large leaved holly. The aroma is fresh, tightly packed, with a sweet aftertaste and a clear and bright tea aroma?
• Brewing: The whole leaf kuding tea does not require a tea bag. Place the needles in the cup and let them sink to the bottom. Soak the tea leaves in hot water at 80 to 90 degrees Celsius (176 to 194 degrees Fahrenheit) for 1 minute for the first and second brewing. Kuding tea can be brewed at least twice. To avoid excessive bitterness and ensure the taste of the next brewing, please remember to remove the tea leaves from the water after brewing for sufficient time.
