Warm up the teapot with boiling water, put about 1-2 Tsp dragon well tea, pour a small amount of boiling water into the teapot, and immediately pour out. This helps to damp tea leaves, wash and help them to start steeping. After that pour 8 fl. oz of boiling water which is about 80-85°C (175-185°F) and cover the teapot for 2-4 minutes before serving.
