Frontier Vindaloo Curry is an organic blend of full-flavored spices like cumin, roasted red chili pepper and turmeric for use in authentic Indian Vindaloo curry dishes, a very popular but spicy dish in many parts of India. Frontier Vindaloo Curry seasoning isnt as intense as authentic vindaloo, but offers a zesty kick to curries, stir-fries or potato dishes.For a meat marinade, make a paste of 2 Tbsp. vinegar, 2 Tbsp. seasoning and 2 tsp. water for 1 lb meat; marinade for at least 3 hours. Stir fry or cook as desired.<p><b>Suggested Uses:</b><p>Make Vindaloo BBQ sauce, pork stir-fry and roasted cauliflower.
