In 2010, a Spokane family, prominent in the resturant and food service business purchased Fletchers Sauce Company, allowing Frank to retire and enjoy his family. They soon realized the need for the perfect hot sauce to compliment their breakfast menu. Fletcher's Gourmet Hot Sauce was born! In 2020, Fletcher's Sauce Company was purchased by another local family, ready to carry on the tradition. Following the same recipes, we produce each small batch by hand, right here in Spokane.
