Coffee stays fresh in the bean form for 3+ months. If you grind your coffee it is best brewed within 1 month. So, if you are a real coffee junkie and want the freshest coffee on the planet then you will want to grind and brew, grind and brew and so on and so on... Brew coffee like a real Coffee Junkie at home Invest in a coffee grinder. Grind your coffee according to your brewing method. Basic rule of thumb is if you use a filter the grind is not as crucial as if you brew without a filter. <br> <br> Grind 3 tblsp of coffee beans for an 8oz cup of coffee. If you prefer a bolder cup add a bit more coffee. Prefer cold brew? It's a piece of cake to make! Course grind 8oz of Coffee Junkie coffee and place grounds in a coffee filter tied with a twist tie and in a pitcher. Pour 1 gallon of filtered water in the pitcher. Refrigerate over night or up to 24 hours.
