At the distillery the barrels are heavily charred and the Bourbon left to age in them for a year. We repurpose those barrels by filling them with our 100% Pure Wisconsin Maple Syrup. The syrup is aged until we have the correct balance of Maple and Bourbon flavor. If you appreciate Bourbon, or a Wisconsin Old Fashioned, you are certain to love our Bourbon Barrel Aged Maple Syrup.</p> <p>This syrup is perfect on pancakes with butter (Wisconsin of course) and a side of bacon or sausage.
