Serves 2 - Prepare and Use: Recipe suggestion: Chicken Chow Mein Serves 2 Shopping list - just add: 100g Blue Dragon Medium Egg Noodles, 1 tbsp vegetable oil, 2 chicken breasts, 1 medium onion, 4 spring onions, 5 mushrooms, 1 small carrot, 150g beansprouts. Method: 1. Cook the noodles as instructed on pack. 2. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a wok or frying pan over high heat. 3. Add the chicken cut into strips and stir fry for 3 minutes. 4. Add the sliced vegetables and fry for another minute. 5. Add the pre-cooked noodles and pour over this sachet of sauce. Heat through for 1 minute. Serve immediately. For best results make sure your wok or frying pan is very hot!
