BLUE BEAR EBC Exterior Building Cleaner is a concentrated, fruit acid-based- cleaner for brick, stone, concrete and metal. It removes common exterior residues like efflorescence, cement film, lime and mortar haze, moss, algae and environmental dirt. EBC is low -VOC, biodegradable and non-combustible, making it a practical choice for routine exterior maintenance. How to use: Dilute with water. For most exterior cleaning, mix 1:10 (one part cleaner to ten parts water). For lighter cleaning, dilute up to 1:30. Spray onto the surface and work with a brush or other tool. Rinse thoroughly with clean water. For floors, apply and scrub with a rotating cleaning pad or brush, pick up dirty water with suction or a mop, then rinse with water. Where to use: Exterior concrete, brick, natural stone and metal surfaces. Always test in a concealed spot and protect nearby plants, vegetation and adjacent objects with a plastic drop cloth. Why it works: A blend of natural fruit acids and super-infused surfactants helps break down mineral residues and grime while remaining safe for natural stones and metals when used as directed. Specs: VOC about 1% (~10.53 g/L), pH about 2.62 at 1/10 wt/wt solution in soft water. Will not burn. Mild odor.
