In 2010 we started a garden as part of our children*s home schooling program. We planted Jalape*o peppers. They grew so well we had to figure out how to preserve all the peppers. I didn't want them to go to waste so I created this sauce. Adoboloco as a family company was born November 2011. What makes our product unique? Adoboloco has embodied the old style Hawaiian *chili pepper water* and revolutionized it into a modern day fusion hot sauce only using 4-5 ingredients. SIMPLE IS BEST! Our sauces are 100% natural.
