These current crop filter coffees come from Central America and East Africa in the summer to early winter, while in the winter through spring the southern hemisphere will take over.</p> <p>The filter coffee beans are a medium filter roast, and offer the fresh, sweet and nutty flavours and aromas of apple, raisin and almond. Brewing ratio: 1g coffee to 16-17g water. Use fresh, cold, filtered water for brewing. Enjoy within 30 minutes for the best taste. Store unused coffee in an opaque, airtight container.</p>
