Bertie's Slight Pepper Sauce is one of the four famous pepper sauces produced by their family owned factory. The idea was to have a pepper sauce for everyone's taste threshold. The next level up from Pimento Pepper Sauce is "SLIGHT" based on Trinidad lexicon of wanting some heat but not too much. The milder burn is from Scotch Bonnet peppers that have not fully sun ripened and blended with pimento peppers. If you can take a little heat and want the flavours, this is the one for you.
