Heat oil. Stir-fry onion till very light golden.<br>2. Add meat. Stir-fry for 1-2 minutes.<br>3. Add Shan Beryani Rice Mix and yogurt. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.<br>4. Add water, bring to boil then reduce heat to low. Cover and cook for: chicken 30 mins, lamb/mutton 45 mins or till meat is tender and soft.<br>5. Add rice, bring to boil, then reduce heat to low. Cover tightly (with aluminum foil) and cook for exactly 15 minutes on low heat.<br>6. Remove cover, fluff rice. (Note: If the rice is not tender sprinkle half (½) teacup of hot water over it). Cover and cook for 5 minutes or till the rice is tender.<br>7. Mix the Beryani and put it in a serving dish and place the cooked meat over it.</p>
