Oven Baked Coconut Rice Ingredients 2 cups parboiled rice 1 package Albasa Coconut Rice blend 2-4 Tbsp coconut oil 3 ½ -4 cups water Instructions 1.Preheat oven to 290oF 2.Rinse rice until water runs clear, drain well in a strainer. 3.Boil water in a kettle or pan. 4.In an oven safe dish, add rice, oil, Albasa Coconut Rice blend, water and mix well. Cover tightly with tin foil. 5.Bake for 1hr 30min or until water is dry. mixing halfway through. 6.Mix and serve with meat of your choice.
