Nicoletti Original Espresso Roast is a 2.2lb bag roasted to order. 70% Arabica and 30% Robusta mix. It's roasted on the lighter side for espresso but produces a thick golden crema and a solid thick textured body. For use only in Commercial or Home Espresso machines or Stovetop Moka coffee makers.
