We are probably nuts for creating this product. But we wanted to make a special coffee for the people who love dark roasted coffees and want to try a Cup of Excellence winning coffee. Normally, this same coffee is roasted Medium + and offered as our Elefante coffee. But this extremely limited edition is the "Black Edition" and is roasted dark. It has a sweet, dark, and complex taste with tons of body from the Maragogype family beans. Like it's brother, the Elefante, the Black Edition is small batch roasted, hand-stamped, and shipped fresh. I'm sure that this won't be in stock often but if you like the best coffees and a dark roast, you can't do better than the Black Edition Elefante from Twin Engine.
