I began Small Hand Foods in 2008 while tending bar at the Slanted Door in San Francisco. I wanted to make classic cocktails the way they were intended to be, using whole, natural ingredients and free of additives. Use Gum Syrup to add a silky texture to any cocktail. -Jennifer Colliau
