Our 65 brix Red Raspberry Juice concentrate is not an extract, but a pure juice concentrate, made from 100% pure fruit juice. Only the water is evaporated, leaving behind pure juice. It is all natural, no added sugar, no preservative or other additives. This product has a very intense red raspberry flavor. The average single strength is 9.2 brix. The approximate dilution rate is 1:7.99, yielding roughly 2.0+ gallons of single strength juice per quart. This concentrate is available in quarts, 1.5 gal, 3 gallon, 4 gallon, and 52 gallon drums. This is the perfect ingredient for hard cider, beer, and wine.

• STORAGE: It is best to be refrigerated upon receipt. If stored longer than 2 weeks we suggest to store in freezer. When ready to use, thaw slightly (overnight), use what you need and return remaining concentrate to a freezer until ready to use again. Freezer self-life up to 24 months, opened or un-opened.
