Heat oil. Stir-fry onion till very light golden.\u0026lt;br\u0026gt;2. Add meat. Stir-fry for 1-2 minutes.\u0026lt;br\u0026gt;3. Add Shan Beryani Rice Mix and yogurt. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.\u0026lt;br\u0026gt;4. Add water, bring to boil then reduce heat to low. Cover and cook for: chicken 30 mins, lamb\/mutton 45 mins or till meat is tender and soft.\u0026lt;br\u0026gt;5. Add rice, bring to boil, then reduce heat to low. Cover tightly (with aluminum foil) and cook for exactly 15 minutes on low heat.\u0026lt;br\u0026gt;6. Remove cover, fluff rice. (Note: If the rice is not tender sprinkle half (½) teacup of hot water over it). Cover and cook for 5 minutes or till the rice is tender.\u0026lt;br\u0026gt;7.
