I basically bought a couple pounds of every pepper, and a bunch of most of the fruits that I could find, and bought every bottle of white wine vinegar on the shelves. My initial plan was to come up with at least one more as good as the Cherry Limeade. I remembered back to my attempt using my paltry handful of tobasco peppers, and I knew this next hot sauce needed to be red.
